The set includes the following knives: 8" chef knife, 8" bread knife, 7" Santoku knife, 6" utility knife, 3.5" paring knife and six 4.5" steak knives. It also includes an 8" high carbon steel sharpener and a pair of 8" scissors. All the knives have a tapered ground, satin finish. A great addition to any home.
